Crypts & Crowns

This Privacy Policy explains how Crypts & Crowns, an Android game published by AIFormNote Studio / Milan Weinar, handles information. It reflects the current release build, version 1.0.45 (versionCode 145), in which public gameplay consists of Solo and Local Co-op on one device and online multiplayer is disabled.
1. No AIFormNote Studio account is required
Crypts & Crowns does not require you to create a AIFormNote Studio account. The current release does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address or other contact details in order to play.
2. Information stored locally on the device
The game stores gameplay data and preferences locally on your Android device. This may include an active or resumable Crown Run, dungeon/game state, selected heroes and settings, language choice, audio and haptic preferences, onboarding/tutorial flags and other settings required to continue the game.
Local Co-op is played by 2–4 players sharing one device. The game does not create separate online player profiles for Local Co-op.
3. Advertising and consent
The release build can use Google AdMob to provide interstitial and rewarded ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage privacy/consent choices where required.
Interstitial ads are limited by the game to the transition after a completed offline or Local Co-op Crown Run. Rewarded ads are voluntary and, when available, are initiated by the player in exchange for an in-game recovery benefit.
When Google advertising services are used, Google may process information such as device and app information, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, consent information and advertising or other device identifiers where permitted by the device, Google settings and applicable consent requirements. This processing is performed by Google under its own privacy terms.

4. Google Play Billing
Crypts & Crowns supports a one-time Google Play in-app product identified as full_game_unlock (Full Game / No Ads). Purchases are processed by Google Play. Google handles payment credentials and the Google account used for the purchase; AIFormNote Studio does not receive your full payment-card details.
The app receives purchase/product information from Google Play that is necessary to determine whether the purchase is completed, pending or owned, acknowledge the purchase when required and restore the No Ads entitlement.
5. Current online multiplayer status
Online multiplayer code and a relay protocol exist in the project for a possible future update, but online multiplayer is disabled in the current release build. The current public release therefore does not connect to the Crypts & Crowns multiplayer relay for normal gameplay.
If online multiplayer is enabled in a future public version, this policy will be updated before or together with that release to describe the network data and retention applicable to the relay service.
6. Analytics, social features and sensitive device permissions
The current release does not include Firebase Analytics or another dedicated analytics SDK, does not use Google Play Games, and does not provide chat, social feeds or user-to-user messaging.
The app requests Internet access for Google advertising, consent and billing services. The current manifest does not request access to the camera, microphone, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos/media library or phone/SMS data.
7. Information sharing
AIFormNote Studio does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by Google when you use Google Play Billing, AdMob or UMP as described above. We may also disclose information if legally required to do so or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.
8. Retention and deletion
Gameplay and preference data stored by Crypts & Crowns remains on the device until it is overwritten by normal game use, cleared through Android app-storage controls, or removed when the app is uninstalled, subject to Android device behavior.
AIFormNote Studio does not operate a production gameplay account database for the current release. Purchase records and advertising/consent information handled by Google are retained according to Google's applicable services and policies.
9. Children and family use
Crypts & Crowns does not ask players to submit a name, email address or other contact information to AIFormNote Studio in order to play. Google Play, Google Play Billing, AdMob and UMP may apply age, family and consent rules based on the player's account, region and the configuration used for distribution. Parents or guardians with privacy questions may contact us using the details below.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical measures within the app, including Android private app storage for local data and secure HTTPS configuration for network services used by release builds. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game's features, advertising, purchases, online services or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
