Delete your AIFormNote account and data

You can request permanent deletion in the app or through this page. You do not need to reinstall AIFormNote to start a request.

Fastest: delete in the app

1. Open AIFormNote and go to Settings.
2. Open Privacy and data.
3. Select Delete all my data and confirm.

If Google sync is connected, the app first requests deletion of the Google-linked cloud snapshot, photos, sessions and account identity. It then clears local profile, training, nutrition, progress and photo data and requests deletion of records associated with the anonymous installation ID.

Request deletion without the app

E-mail milanweinarr@seznam.cz with the subject AIFormNote account deletion request. A prepared message is available below:

Include the Google account e-mail you used to start Google sign-in and an approximate last-use date. This begins the request; support may require a secure Google identity confirmation before deleting cloud data. Do not send a password, Google ID token, purchase token, backup file or progress photo.

What is deleted

• Google-linked AIFormNote cloud snapshots and progress photos.
• The AIFormNote cloud identity row, session hashes and synchronization metadata.
• When the in-app flow is used, local profile, training, nutrition, progress, settings and photo data.
• Where identifiable from the request, backend reports, usage rows and inactive entitlement records associated with the installation.

Deletion requests are handled without undue delay and normally within 30 days, unless identity verification or a lawful retention requirement applies. Necessary fraud-prevention, transaction or legal records may be retained only where permitted and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Local-only mode

If you never connected Google, AIFormNote has no Google-linked cloud account. Use the in-app deletion action to remove local data and anonymous backend records. Clearing app data or uninstalling also removes local files, but does not necessarily delete optional backend records or cancel a subscription.
