1. Service

AIFormNote is a digital fitness application for planning and logging workouts, tracking progress and body data, managing nutrition targets, and providing supportive recommendations.

2. Health disclaimer

AIFormNote is not a medical device. App content and AI recommendations do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or individualized advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Users are responsible for assessing their ability to exercise and performing activities safely.

3. User account

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the app and for securing their account credentials. If unauthorized access is suspected, contact support.

4. Trial and subscription

Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial through Google Play, followed by the selected paid monthly or annual subscription unless cancelled before renewal. Current prices, billing, automatic renewal, cancellation and refund terms are shown at purchase and are also subject to the rules of Google Play or another platform through which the subscription was purchased.

5. Cancelling a subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription in the subscriptions section of your Google Play account. Uninstalling the app or requesting account deletion may not automatically cancel an active subscription.

6. AI recommendations

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or may not fit your individual circumstances. They are a supportive tool for fitness planning and should not be the sole basis for decisions with significant health or safety consequences.

7. Prohibited use

You may not misuse or attack the service, circumvent technical restrictions, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or use AIFormNote contrary to applicable law.

8. Availability and service changes

AIFormNote may be updated over time. Features may be changed, added or removed, and the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, security or technical issues.

9. User data and privacy

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and related data on the Delete account page.

10. Liability

AIFormNote is provided as a tool to support fitness planning and record keeping. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for harm caused by misuse of the app, ignoring health limitations, or relying exclusively on automated recommendations.

11. Intellectual property

The AIFormNote name, graphics, interface, text and other parts of the service may be protected by intellectual-property rights. They may not be copied, distributed or used to create a confusingly similar service without authorization.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service, business model or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with the date of the latest update.
